To clarify the communication method between trainers and trainees, and between trainees and each other, to facilitate the transfer of information and data related to courses.

Target Audience:

To clarify the target audience, which includes new and existing trainees, as well as trainers, to understand the communication method.

Communication Policy:

Trainers and trainees can communicate about all course content via open chat during the virtual classroom.

Trainers can also be contacted via email.

Rules and Etiquette for Communicating Through the Platform:

Proper language must be used, free of errors, during written communication.

Tactful language and vocabulary must be used.

Different opinions must be considered.
Files must be named to reflect their content, if attached, and the trainee's name.
Written communication must be appropriate, using the person's first and last name.
Messages must be concise and include an appropriate title that clearly articulates their content.
In the event of a violation of the rules and etiquette of communication, the platform reserves the right to delete or block any user's participation in the event of a breach of any of the stated rules of use, and to delete the user's account in the event of any other account being hacked or identity impersonation.

Method of Communication:

Trainees can communicate with the trainer via the course discussion forum or with the center in general via the affiliated websites and programs shown in the image.
