This policy aims to clarify the importance of integrity to all beneficiaries of the Halal International Training Center's services in the online training environment. It also identifies the forms of integrity violations, the procedures and penalties the Center takes when such violations occur, and works to reduce their occurrence.

The Concept of Integrity and Its Importance:

The concept of integrity is considered one of the core values of any organization or work environment, including the Halal International Training Center. The term integrity refers to acting honestly and truthfully without resorting to fraud or deception in any dealings or activities. In other words, integrity is the compliance of individuals with ethical standards and applicable laws, and avoiding any unethical or illegal actions.

Forms of Integrity Violations:
Cheating on exams: This includes using unauthorized sources during online exams, such as searching the internet or using written papers.
Submitting non-original work: This includes submitting work or projects that have been copied or plagiarized from other sources without permission or citing them.
Unauthorized Collaboration: This can be collaboration between trainees to solve tasks or tests in illegal or unethical ways. Falsification of Information: This includes providing false or incorrect information in assignments or reports required in the e-learning environment.
Use of Prohibited Materials: This includes using unauthorized materials, such as books or handouts, during tests or training assignments.
Manipulation of Results: This includes changing or distorting results in illegal or unauthorized ways to obtain better results.
Bias: This includes granting preferential treatment to some trainees at the expense of others without legal or ethical justification.

These forms represent only a few examples of integrity violations in the e-learning environment, and educational institutions and training centers face ongoing challenges in trying to mitigate them and maintain a fair and just learning environment for all participants.

Procedures and Sanctions for Integrity Violations:
Procedures:
Monitoring and Documenting Violations: Any integrity violations in the e-learning environment are monitored and documented accurately and systematically.
Investigation: Immediate investigations are launched to verify the violation and, if necessary, collect further evidence.
Punishing Violators: Appropriate action is taken in accordance with the approved disciplinary plan.
Penalties:
Formal Warning: In cases of minor violations, a formal warning is issued to the offending trainee.
Ban from Training: The offending trainee may be banned from participating in training for a specified period.

These procedures and penalties are implemented in accordance with the integrity policy adopted at the Halal International Training Center, with the aim of maintaining the quality of educational services and ensuring a fair educational and training environment for all participants.
